I’m not one to purchase items without physically handling them first so ordering online did not come easy to me. I decided to move away from non-stick cookware and saw a decent, lower-end set of stainless Cuisinart at Bed, Bath and Beyond. After researching various options and reading scores of reviews on Amazon, I decided to go for the multiclad pro ensemble despite some reservations regarding clean-up–some folks reported food sticking challenges and I am not one to baby pots and pans. I couldn’t be happier. Unlike others, I have not found the need to lower heat settings and have no problems with clean-up: I remove food when it’s finished, put the pot in the sink, fill it with water to soak and that’s it. I use a drop of liquid Barkeepers Friend if and when I want to remove the natural rainbow that occurs. I cook a lot and appreciate the weight and beauty of this set. If you’re on the fence about spending the money, you won’t be disappointed.
