The interactive Smart Control delivers so much more functionality and value than a mere program button and volume control. Smart Control offers flexibility to clients who want to discreetly adjust settings on their hearing instrument. This remote must be syncronized with your hearing aids wherever you purchased your hearing aids. Will not work unless it has been syncronized to your particular aids. Comes with a one year warranty. This product will not be accepted as a return unless it’s malfunctioning. We cannot accept the remote for a return if you do not follow the instructions about getting the remote syncronized to your hearing aids locally. We will gladly syncronize the remote to your hearing aids for you (no charge), but you will need to send your hearing aids to our headquarters in Colorado Springs.
